When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing cycle.

Free Trial Cancellation

You can cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your chosen subscription plan.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Service downtime exceeding 48 hours within a billing period
  • Failure to deliver promised features within reasonable timeframes
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service for more than 5 consecutive days
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Partial Refunds

Auto-Renewal and Billing

Grace Period for Auto-Renewal
